With over a decade of immersive experience in the event industry, Jenn Hearon stands as the visionary force behind The Weekend Collective.

Over the course of her career, Jenn has cultivated a deep understanding of customized experiences and the orchestration of multi-layered productions. Her expertise extends from intimate dinner gatherings to large scale destination events, spanning both domestic and international settings.

In addition to working alongside some of the top event planners and designers in the world, Jenn has held positions at The Museum of Modern Art and renowned global architecture and design firm, Gensler. Her experiences have taken her from inside the White House, to Istanbul, Greece, Italy and many iconic destinations in between.
